Calender cushion gum is an uncured rubber bonding compound placed between the prepared tire casing and the precured tread rubber. During curing, heat and presure vulcanize the cushion gum, bonding the tread to the casing. It vulcanizes within a temperature range of 99°C (212°F) to 150°C (300°F).
Cushion Gum
Extruded Cushion (Az)
Cord-shaped material with a 1/4" (6 mm) diameter, designed for use in mini-extruders to fill cavities during tire retreading and repair. It vulcanizes within a temperature range of 99°C (212°F) to 150°C (300°F).
Extruder Rope Rubber
Adhesion promoter for precured tread strips and repair materials in the tire retreading process. It can be applied using airless sprayers or a brush. Hot vulcanization.
Brush & Spray Cement
Specially formulated coating designed to restore and enhance the appearance of retreaded and repaired tires. Provides a clean, uniform black finish for a professional appearance while helping protect the tire surface.
Black Tire Paint
Helps evacuate trapped air during curing, promoting proper tread adhesion and reducing air pockets. Can be used for the Double Envelope system or ARC Ring System.
