- 02Yes. At Industrias de Hule Galgo, we formulate and adjust rubber compounds to meet each client's technical requirements. We develop custom recipes or work from specifications, technical data sheets, or samples provided by your company. Visit the Compounds and Mixtures section to learn more.
- 03Please submit the required technical specifications (polymer type, Shore A hardness, application, and estimated volume) via our web form or to the sales email address ventasmexico@galgo.com.mx or 56 6680 5006 to receive a formal proposal.
- 04Visit our sales portal or contact a representative, specifying the type of boot (industrial, dielectric, with or without a steel toe), the number of pairs required, and the delivery location, at ventasmexico@galgo.com.mx or 56 6680 5006.
- 05They are certified under industrial safety standards (such as NOM-113-STPS-2009) against impacts, punctures, hydrocarbons, chemicals, and acids.
- 06To provide you with the best retreading solution, we gather key data about your operation: tire size and the type of routes your vehicle travels (highway, federal highway, unpaved roads, or mixed use). A Galgo advisor will contact you very soon to follow up on your request. If you prefer immediate assistance, please email us at ventasmexico@galgo.com.mx or call us at 56 6680 5006.
- 07Retreading compounds offer mileage performance comparable to that of a new tire, optimizing resistance to abrasion and heavy-load cuts through the use of the appropriate tread. We can visit you to provide the right recommendation.
- 08Inspection: Visual check to detect internal and external damage and determine if the casing is suitable for retreading. Buffing: Removal of the worn tread to create symmetry and a rough texture on the casing. Repair: Removal of impurities and application of patches to restore the casing's airtightness and load-bearing capacity. Cementing and Cushion Gum Application: Preparation to ensure proper adhesion of the Galgo tread to the casing during vulcanization. Tread Application: Installation of the new Galgo tread. Vulcanization: Processing in an autoclave using specific pressure, temperature, and time settings to ensure proper vulcanization. Final Inspection: Pressure and quality testing for safety certification.
- 09We offer national and international coverage for industrial products, boots, flooring, mats, and compounds or packaging. The average delivery time for standard product lines is 3 to 5 business days; for made-to-order items, the lead time is 10 to 15 days for manufacturing plus 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Note: Delivery times for reconditioning services depend on the customer's location and requirements; therefore, delivery schedules are established based on a prior assessment of those needs.
- 10To initiate the business relationship, the requesting company must complete the customer onboarding process by attaching a letter of trade references. Following the validation of the file and the formal opening of the account, transactions and purchases will be settled exclusively via bank transfer to a designated account.
- 11Yes. We carry out the mixing process using the raw materials you provide, or we manage the supply directly with your chosen suppliers to ensure the exact formulation your project requires.
- 12Yes, our laboratory team formulates and adapts specific blends to meet particular regulations or molding and extrusion requirements.
- 13Yes, we provide specialized technical consulting. Our field engineers can visit your plant directly to optimize and calibrate vulcanization, extrusion, or molding parameters; however, these production-line visits are subject to prior authorization and the signing of a confidentiality agreement to safeguard the operational security of both parties.
- 14For high-volume orders, we do not manufacture special test batches or provide free samples. Instead, initial samples are sold; once the project is finalized and confirmed, we determine which test materials can be credited via a credit memo.
- 15Yes, we enter into confidentiality agreements to protect each client's intellectual property and proprietary formulas.
- 16Each batch is validated through rheometry (MDR), Shore A hardness, Mooney viscosity, tensile/tear strength, and density tests.
- 17Yes, we have equipment available for the calendering of continuous sheets or strips.
- 18We supply the material in cooled sheets, continuous strips (strip feed), plates, or continuous packaging with an anti-stick agent to facilitate plant feeding.
- 19We meet ISO 9001 international quality standards and are a socially responsible company; we hold UKAS/Lloyd's Register management system accreditation and SmartWay certification, and are an Authorized Economic Operator with 3PMSF certification.
