GALGO Rubber Industries, located at San Francisco #1542, Col. Del Valle, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03100, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data, and in this regard informs you of the following:

Personal Data Collected

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, GALGO Rubber Industries will collect the following categories of personal data:
 

  • Identification and contact data: Full name, email address, contact telephone number (landline or mobile), physical or tax address, company you work for, and position/job title.

  • Billing and transactional data: Tax Identification Number (RFC / Federal Taxpayer Registry), tax address, proof of payment, and banking details for processing transactions or onboarding suppliers.

  • Access data to integrated platforms: Username and password generated for using the Customer Portal, Supplier Portal, Billing system, or access to IGET+ Software.

  • Academic/Professional data: In the case of registration for Training Sessions and Webinars, technical specialty or area of industrial interest.
     

 

Note: GALGO Rubber Industries does not collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, or union affiliation) through its website.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
 

A) Primary Purposes:

  • Provide the rubber products, tire retreading supplies, and services requested from GALGO Rubber Industries.

  • Onboard, manage, and verify user accounts in the Customer Portal, Supplier Portal, and IGET+ Software.

  • Process quotes, orders, electronic invoicing, and accounts receivable or payable management.

  • Register and manage your attendance at Training Sessions and Webinars organized by the company.

  • Address questions, technical support requests, comments, or clarifications sent through our contact forms or customer service channels.

  • Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
     

B) Secondary Purposes:

  • Sending newsletters, promotions, technical catalog updates, or new company developments.

  • Conducting satisfaction surveys to improve the quality of our products and services.
     

If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may express your refusal at any time by sending an email to ventas@galgo.com.mx.

Transfer of Personal Data

GALGO Rubber Industries will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Your personal data may be transferred without your consent only under the circumstances provided in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP (Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), such as:
 

  • Subsidiaries, affiliates, or entities under the same corporate group of GALGO Rubber Industries operating under the same internal processes and policies.

  • Competent authorities, in compliance with legal requirements or judicial mandates.

  • Essential service providers for the operation of the website (such as web hosting or electronic invoicing services), who will act as data processors under strict confidentiality agreements.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

  3. Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights.
