Extruded Cushion (Az)

Continuous strip with standard dimensions of 3 1/2 x 3/8 inches; these dimensions can be modified. According to customer requirements, it can be packaged in 50 kg cardboard boxes or on pallets up to 900 kg.
Extrusion Strip

Material for repairing and/or filling damaged cavities, used in the tire retreading process. This material can be vulcanized using the Pre-Q system, mold, and direct steam.
Mini Extruder Cord

A 1 or 2-inch wide rubber cushion strip to improve tread adhesion in the shoulder area, helping to cover the scuff mark and improving the final tire finish.
Reinforcement Cushion

Cement for the adhesion of pre-curing/rubber floor belts, preparation material and tire retreading by means of vulcanization, using a single type of cement for pre-curing systems (100 - 150°C) (212°F) for mold 150°C (300°F)
Cement

Water-based black paint to enhance the appearance of retreaded tires. It won't crack, attract dust, wash off, or stain skin. It can be applied with a sprayer or brush.
Paint

Synthetic rubber product for use in tire repairs, restoring the airtightness that the tire loses when repaired.
Butyl Sealing

Improves the sealing time of envelopes through vacuum sealing. Made of rubber and resistant to high temperatures. Suitable for rimless systems with an inner envelope and for rimless systems by trimming the ends.
